High School Gross-Gerau - construction work on schedule

The construction work at the new sports hall runs on full speed. The completion is planned for July 16, 2010.

A lot happened since the construction started nine months ago. Sport StadiaNet project manager Klaus Peter Hoerlein: %u201CWe are up to schedule and the intended completion date will be met%u201D.
The solar supported heating system will reduce energy cost. The photovoltaic cells are ready for installation on the modern pent roof.
The school sports hall, which is also used as an auditorium, will offer 500 seats. The total area amounts to 808 square meters. The hall has a size of 405 square meters and the adjoining rooms are 403 square meters.
The director, the teaching staff and the 1500 students of the Prälat-Diehl-Sschool look forward to the opening in August 2010.
