SV Bayer Wuppertal will play on new artificial turf at the beginning of 2010

The subsoil for the artificial turf and the runways are under construction and optimally prepared. Shortly the Ligagrass 238 BioPro20 surface will be applied.

The construction contains the new structure of an artificial turf field with drainage, a complete floodlight installation, a short-distance track as well as walking paths with are enclosed. The area of the Bayer Sport Park expands to 33.000 m². Located west of Wuppertal at the Sonnborner Kreuz, sportsmen find here in three facilities optimal movement and training possibilities. In addition, an attractive outside facility with a children's playground.
With the implementation of the artificial turf soccer field the dynamic Sport Club SV Bayer Wuppertal adds a new sports facility to its estate. In addition to the artificial turf soccer field, a track and field facility will provide additional training possibilities. It makes the Sport Park not only for the soccer department more attractive, but for the entire club. On 4 tracks with an overall length of 120 meters, both sprint and hurdle runs are feasible. A long jump pit with appropriate takeoff boards completes the facility.
