New school sports hall for Groß-Gerau

Sport StadiaNet GmbH builds a new sports hall for the Prälat-Diehl-School in Groß-Gerau. Beginning of the construction work is planned for May 2009.

Duesseldorf, December 19, 2008 - Groß-Gerau assigned the construction of a new sports hall for the Prälat-Diehl-School located at Berliner Strasse to Sport StadiaNet GmbH, Duesseldorf. The beginning of the construction work is planned for May 2009. The completion should take place in February 2010.

The school sports hall can also be used as an auditorium which can seat 500. It contains a mobile stage, a sanitary area, locker rooms, adjoining rooms and the facility technology area. The total area will amount to 808 square meters. Of that, 405 square meters belong to the hall area and 403 square meters to secondary rooms and corridors.

Groß-Gerau is located in the southern Rhine-Main area and has approximately 25,000 people.
The Prälat-Diehl-School has 5th grade to 13th. It has 1,500 high-school students and
137 students graduated last year.
