Sport StadiaNet Group acquires FCI Facility-Concept GmbH

The sport StadiaNet Group continues to expand. The acquisition of FCI is a strategically important extension to our range of services.

Düsseldorf 13.04.2010. As a private partner of councils, Sport StadiaNet is developing, planning, constructing, financing and administering sports facilities for professional and popular sports. The Group is represented in Germany by Sport StadiaNet GmbH an important initiator in this field; Sport StadiaNet also developed Public Private Partnership (PPP) to a great extent.

"The acquisition of FCI is a strategically important extension to our range of services", explains the Managing Director of Sport StadiaNet GmbH, Michael Tockweiler. "Now we are in the position to manage our sports facilities with a reliable enterprise over the maturity of our contracts, 20-25 years. We are experts in construction and modernization of sports facilities, sports halls and sports fields. Our enterprise can show numerous PPP References. FCI is specialist in the area of Facility management. In addition maintenance and repair of the installations of supply and waste disposal engineering, building and operating technology, industrial service, electro-technology, security services as well as garden and landscaping services. The headquarters is in Willich and have branches in Hamburg, Karlsruhe, Munich, Augsburg and Dresden. Predominantly our customers are Banks, Insurance companies, Real Estate Funds and Sports Facilities.
